I recently enjoyed a comfortable stay in a well-kept Queen Room. The cleanliness of the facilities stood out, and the staff were accommodating and warm, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. It's also conveniently located close to local dining options and recreational activities. A bit more attention to soundproofing would enhance the experience further, though.

Comfortable beds and a well-sized room, offering amenities like a mini fridge and coffee pot were highlights of my stay. The location allows for easy access to downtown, promoting a nice walk to explore the area. General cleanliness and conditions of the room need improvement, as it felt below standard for what was expected.

We visited Mae McEuen Playfield and the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course both of which were fun. The area around the lake has beautiful trails for biking and hiking. The playground was perfect for relaxing too!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the manager. I was told I needed to get rid of one of my dogs even though I was following the pet policy. It felt unprofessional and added stress to our stay.

I had a suite that was way more spacious than I expected, super clean! The towels were never an issue for me, unlike what others experienced.

The staff were super friendly at check-in! Location is awesome, just a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. Plus, it had a cool diner nearby that served great breakfast. The only bummer was the mattress, it really needs an upgrade. I'd come back, though, if they replaced them!
